Edgar Victor Esteban
Co-Founder & DirectorEdgar is a licensed Pharmacist and seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience in pharmaceutical sales, ingredient distribution, and product commercialization. A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, he began his career as a Sales Executive at DKSH Philippines, Inc., where he built strong expertise in market development and client engagement. He later co-founded a start-up focused on the trade and distribution of pharmaceutical and food ingredients, as well as finished food products, including dietary supplements and functional powdered beverages. Driven by continuous growth and innovation, Edgar went on to co-found a new company that expanded its portfolio to include chemical products—particularly personal and home care products—along with their research, development, and manufacturing, reinforcing the company's integrated, end-to-end capabilities.
Mary Ann dela Cruz
Co-Founder & DirectorMary Ann is a licensed Chemist and is Nexura's Director for Research and Development, with extensive experience in formulation and applied chemistry across the food, personal care, and home care industries. A Centro Escolar University graduate, she began her career as a Research and Development Chemist at AFICO Incorporated, where she worked on the development of flavorings, food additives, seasonings, spices, and powdered beverage products. She later transitioned into entrepreneurship and continues to actively practice her profession, specializing in the formulation of high-quality personal and home care products, combining scientific expertise with innovation and commercial insight.
